    Cafe 101 is amazing! Delicious! Everything is fresh! Prepared by the students at DSC! You WILL NOT be disappointed! Affordable! Reservations are required. It is a MUST go to restaurant in Daytona Beach.

    Nearly every meal that I've had at Cafe 101 has been outstanding. The only issue is how far ahead of time you have to make a reservation. But truth be told it's worth the wait.

    This is 5star food but buffet prices.  The culinary students are the cooks.  Their teachers are overseeing everything.  The food is incredible and you definitely need a reservation.  I have never had a bad meal here.  Some culinary classes are better than others but the selection is so vast you can never go wrong.

    Arrived here for our reservation (made a month prior) with the understanding that these are culinary students.  Unfortunately our meal was not that great.  Potato and leek soup was bitter.  Fried Chicken was very very doughy - with 'gummy' dough/breading.  

    Desert cheesecake was average.  Overall we really really wanted to love the place but things fell short.  The service was great and the people friendly - but the food just did not give any satisfaction.

    Excellent dining choice!  Who would've thought such a fine experience could be had for such a wonderful price!  The service is fantastic and the food is delicious.  We enjoyed a four course dinner with a South-West theme for only $15.  Our drink was included. You must  have a reservation in order to dine here.  They have specific seating times which you will find online.  Also, the menu changes daily and can be found online.
